Product & Design Quality - The towels were awesome! I needed them for a tennis tournament and they were perfect because it was an outdoor tennis tournament and it was in the 90s. All of the players commented on how nice they were and how they stayed nice and cool for them after they put water on them. I would definitely order them again.

By the time I was notified it was out of stock it was just a few days before I needed the items. I ordered my items from ProImprint and when I talked to the customer service agent, they said they would make sure the items would get to me by the time I needed them. Product & Design Quality - I have returned from my much needed vacation and see that our Highlighters have arrived, thank you! Only one issue has been brought to my attention, the color of the print on the highlighter. Our sample image sent to you showed Blue, but what we received is Black for the word Velociteach. Not a deal breaker, but as I look back at my order confirmation, I don't see that a color option was provided or indicated, it just says Imprint method one color. Did I miss a step in my ordering process? We can work with the order we have, and as I said, not a deal breaker. Just need to know, was this my error or did the image not clearly show the color blue? Or is the one color always "Black"? Would the cost have been more to have "Blue"?

Once we got that fixed the production team was able to work with our design better. We had minor adjustments with placement to the point I felt terrible asking for a tiny movement up here and there but in the end we got it done and the production and design team were wonderful!

Customer Service & Shipping - This is our second order. The first order we had to rush last minute and our rep and the production team was able to make it happen with our short time frame. Second order was more relaxed and we had no rush-just a restock. Everything was packaged well and we had no issues with shipping or receiving.

I wanted 2 different colors, they were out of all of them. No one told me this until days went by and I called finally to complete my order. When I called to complete my order I tried to get a different cup to avoid havng to just get a black cup which I didn't want. They were out of every color I wanted in the other cup. I decided on a totally different cup. When I opened my order confirmation email I saw the preview was the cup I wanted, but the words and item number was the cup I was talking to them about as a option since the one I wanted wasn't coming in thw colors I wanted. Long story short I told them I wanted one thing, I got another. It was super disappointing, but I wanted to be done and needed the items shipped right away to make it ontime so there was nothing I could do about the issue. Talked to my actual sales rep (when the issue occured I was talking to a different sales rep on the chat order, they are the ones that set me up for the wrong cup) My actual sales rep was nice and told me he would help work out a deal for my next order. Overall other than the niceness of my actual rep I wasn't super impressed with my experience.
