Never heard back, and did not have a second call returned when placed the next day. You have cheap prices advertised, but then you charge way more for shipping than it should ever cost. $25.40 for basic ground shipping on an order of 2,500 3x3 sticky notes is completely ridiculous. This feels like you are under-charging on your prices, and making up for the lost margins on the backend through shipping, and it feel super shady.

Customer Service & Shipping - The first shipment came in time, but the nd one came late, when I opened the box two of the cups I ordered were crushed. I wanted 2 different colors, they were out of all of them. No one told me this until days went by and I called finally to complete my order. When I called to complete my order I tried to get a different cup to avoid havng to just get a black cup which I didn't want. They were out of every color I wanted in the other cup. I decided on a totally different cup. When I opened my order confirmation email I saw the preview was the cup I wanted, but the words and item number was the cup I was talking to them about as a option since the one I wanted wasn't coming in thw colors I wanted. Long story short I told them I wanted one thing, I got another. It was super disappointing, but I wanted to be done and needed the items shipped right away to make it ontime so there was nothing I could do about the issue. Talked to my actual sales rep (when the issue occured I was talking to a different sales rep on the chat order, they are the ones that set me up for the wrong cup) My actual sales rep was nice and told me he would help work out a deal for my next order. Overall other than the niceness of my actual rep I wasn't super impressed with my experience.
