The product was shipped a day late, causing our order to arrive after the needed date. I made attempts to inquire about the issue. Spoke with a account representative that was going to try and get a hold of FedEx to change shipping when it arrived at one of the hub destinations. Never heard back, and did not have a second call returned when placed the next day. If we had not been guaranteed delivery when ordered, we would have paid extra for shipping to get the product when we needed it. Now we get to assume costs of mailing product to our participants.

This feels like you are under-charging on your prices, and making up for the lost margins on the backend through shipping, and it feel super shady.

I wanted 2 different colors, they were out of all of them. No one told me this until days went by and I called finally to complete my order. When I called to complete my order I tried to get a different cup to avoid havng to just get a black cup which I didn't want. They were out of every color I wanted in the other cup. I decided on a totally different cup. When I opened my order confirmation email I saw the preview was the cup I wanted, but the words and item number was the cup I was talking to them about as a option since the one I wanted wasn't coming in thw colors I wanted. Long story short I told them I wanted one thing, I got another. It was super disappointing, but I wanted to be done and needed the items shipped right away to make it ontime so there was nothing I could do about the issue. Talked to my actual sales rep (when the issue occured I was talking to a different sales rep on the chat order, they are the ones that set me up for the wrong cup) My actual sales rep was nice and told me he would help work out a deal for my next order. Overall other than the niceness of my actual rep I wasn't super impressed with my experience.
