Product & Design Quality - They were great.. The logo was printed a little lower than I expected, but I still give it a 4 out of 5. These tote bags are always a big hit and sought after each year, impressive quality and at a incredible price. Customer Service & Shipping - Jolynn Altimore was AMAZING! She was able to meet my extremely tight and rushed situation as we were not expecting the trade show to continue on due to COVID. We were able to get our tote bags and with a quick change in pen style, both items came in just in time for the 2021 HAA Expo Trade Show.
