Customer Service Representative

We are a fun and fast-growing company in need of an customer service professional who is a customer-focused problem solver!


This position is responsible for processing orders for custom marketing/promotional products from our website, with a high rate of conversion, by being in constant contact with clients, designers, and vendors throughout the day with inbound/outbound calls, emails, and text messages.


The ideal candidate will be an organized person who can multitask and who can provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

 

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand.
  • Ability to process 350-400 orders monthly and assist customers throughout the entire order process (start to finish).
  • Assist clients with online ordering and follow up accordingly.
  • Be a liaison between customer, supplier, carrier and assure that the order process is streamlined in a professional manner.
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools.
  • Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with the entire staff.
  • Assist customers with after-sales service, product and customer experience issues and deliver a solution to any problems which may arise.
  • Able to communicate concisely our company policies to your customer.
