Business Development Executive - Promotional Products (Remote)

At ProImprint, we believe in empowering salespeople to own their success. We’re offering seasoned sales professionals from the promotional products world a rare opportunity to manage a substantial book of business with no cold calling required. With up to 800 accounts handed to you, your focus will be on deepening relationships and driving revenue growth. If you maintain your portfolio and keep it up to date, you’ll have the opportunity to request additional accounts to grow even further.

This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on growing their own business, while benefiting from the support and resources of an established company.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of a book of business with 600 to 800+ active accounts, nurturing client relationships to drive growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales within your portfolio.
• Utilize your promotional products expertise to provide tailored solutions to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and account management.
• No cold calling—focus entirely on growing existing relationships, with the option to expand your account list.

Compensation:
Base salary, commission, and bonuses will be in the range of $55,000 - $150,000 per year. High performers will see substantial earning potential.
