We are a fun and fast-growing company in need of an Inside Sales Customer Service professional who is a customer-focused problem solver!

This position is responsible for processing orders for custom marketing/promotional products from our website, with a high rate of conversion, by being in constant contact with clients, designers, and vendors throughout the day with inbound/outbound calls, emails, and text messages.

The ideal candidate will be an organized person who can multitask and who can provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Receive and process qualified leads to close business opportunities.
