    Product & Design Quality - For an economy cup it works well without a lid and keeps beverages cold with ice for 3-4 hours and keeps hot for an hour and warm for 2 hours. The printing came out great after several revisions.
    Customer Service & Shipping - Everyone at ProImprint is friendly and nice, no doubt...just not super fast. Getting a reply at times would go at least one day.
