Product & Design Quality - The print came out how we wanted! We had a little editing issues but that was mostly due to us needing to update our file options and sizes. Once we got that fixed the production team was able to work with our design better. We had minor adjustments with placement to the point I felt terrible asking for a tiny movement up here and there but in the end we got it done and the production and design team were wonderful!
Customer Service & Shipping - This is our second order. The first order we had to rush last minute and our rep and the production team was able to make it happen with our short time frame. Second order was more relaxed and we had no rush-just a restock. Everything was packaged well and we had no issues with shipping or receiving.
