Product & Design Quality - We absolutely love our coffee koozies. Well worth the price, as they turned out beautifully! And loved the option to purchase right here in the US. Customer Service & Shipping - I did not like the "High Risk" situation, as I was asked to send, unsecurely, a picture of my *DRIVERS LICENSE*. I was irate and almost cancelled my order right there, but a customer service rep handled the issue and got everything passed through. I understand the risk factor, as our names and addresses were different on the shipping and payment. However, don't ever ask anyone to send their ID through an unsecure platform. That raised severe red flags. I'm glad I didn't pull the order, as we're very happy with the product.
