    Product & Design Quality - The product was good same as the sample
    Customer Service & Shipping - I was disappointed in the speed of things. The 1st sample never arrived and the 2nd one eventually made it. My rep was nice when I did talk to him. However, any changes made must go right in their system and they don't check on it. I gave them a few days and then would call and that's the only way our things got done.
