Product & Design Quality - The image printed well and the cups are designed well. I wanted 2 different colors, they were out of all of them and no one told me until I called in to try to comeplete my order.
Customer Service & Shipping - The first shipment came in time, but the nd one came late, when I opened the box two of the cups I ordered were crushed. I wanted 2 different colors, they were out of all of them. No one told me this until days went by and I called finally to complete my order. When I called to complete my order I tried to get a different cup to avoid havng to just get a black cup which I didn't want. They were out of every color I wanted in the other cup. I decided on a totally different cup. When I opened my order confirmation email I saw the preview was the cup I wanted, but the words and item number was the cup I was talking to them about as a option since the one I wanted wasn't coming in thw colors I wanted. Long story short I told them I wanted one thing, I got another. It was super disappointing, but I wanted to be done and needed the items shipped right away to make it ontime so there was nothing I could do about the issue. Talked to my actual sales rep (when the issue occured I was talking to a different sales rep on the chat order, they are the ones that set me up for the wrong cup) My actual sales rep was nice and told me he would help work out a deal for my next order. Overall other than the niceness of my actual rep I wasn't super impressed with my experience.
