    Product & Design Quality - Only wish you offered a small discount for distributors so I could use you guys for other projects I have.
    Customer Service & Shipping - Customer Service was great, Shipping seemed quote high since they seemed to weigh nothing and they were shipped in an extremely over sized box for the contents inside (they didn't even fill up half of the box. Also the box arrived damaged and crushed, fortunately it didn't damage the product.
