Product & Design Quality - I like the final product, and I loved the price.
Customer Service & Shipping - My sales rep was fantastic. The shipping was poor. There were no dividers between the portfolios, the boxes were overstuffed, and therefore many of the portfolios were damaged in packing/shipping. Due to time constraints, I had to use some of the "less damaged" pads at our event, and request a refund on the items too damaged to use.
