Product & Design Quality - It was easy and straightforward.
Customer Service & Shipping - The cost of shipping my sticky notes was outrageous. As it turned out, even with the enormous shipping cost you were still the cheapest option, but I felt like it was a bait-and-switch and almost went with someone more expensive based on principle. You have cheap prices advertised, but then you charge way more for shipping than it should ever cost. $25.40 for basic ground shipping on an order of 2,500 3x3 sticky notes is completely ridiculous. This feels like you are under-charging on your prices, and making up for the lost margins on the backend through shipping, and it feel super shady.
