Product & Design Quality - Pencils are fine. Art is good and I like the pencils fine.
Customer Service & Shipping - I needed these for an event that was happening on 08/13 and was told they would be there by the time my event happened if I paid for expedited production and shipping. The flashlights arrived the day after the event, when I didn't need them until the following week, and the pencils arrived the week after the event I needed them for. I am not impressed and will likely seek out other vendors next time that are better with communication and clear delivery expectations for what I pay.
