    Product & Design Quality - The cosmetic bags were smaller then I thought I would be but I didn't pay attention to the dimensions. The zippered tote bags were exactly what I thought they would be like.
    Customer Service & Shipping - Shipping took a while but I am in Canada so thats probably why.
