Product & Design Quality - Product was great. Very well done. Customer Service & Shipping - Customer service rep was friendly enough but I was very dissatisfied with how the shipping was handled. I paid for overnight shipping but did not receive overnight. I appealed the charge but that rarely works. For this reason, I will no longer be a customer. This could have been handled so much better. Keeping the overnight fee was of more importance to Pro Imprint that keeping the customer.
