    Product & Design Quality - The can insulators turned out great, packed great and in good when they were delivered.
    Customer Service & Shipping - These arrive in horrible condition the bags were wrinkled and crumpled. Needed to be ironed before they could be handed out. Terrible job of shipping and packing.
