Product & Design Quality - turned out great Customer Service & Shipping - My customer service rep, Richard, is great. However, I'm not pleased with all of the continuous set up fees and run-charges that I am experiencing with re-orders. In some cases, it takes what is supposed to be an affordable promotional giveaway to a very big expense because of all these additional 'hidden' fees that you don't know about until the order is being placed. I told my customer service rep that if we can't avoid these in the future, I'll have to work with another supplier unfortunately.
