    Product & Design Quality - The product is wonderful. I ordered 36, received 35 and contact the company immediately. Explained not an issue since 1 was mine I would to with out. To my surprise an aluminum bottle was sent out to me, no logo, but very kind.

    Customer Service & Shipping - Customer service was great, but shipping was bad news. My box was torn open and quite a few bottles were damaged. I have yet to contact customer service about this yet. Timing was good and fast.
