Product & Design Quality - Product met my expectations - nice packaging, good chocolate. Customer Service & Shipping - About 10 days after the supposed delivery date, I called to find out that there was a delay because the manufacturing was saying it had to be shipped on ice. I was under the impression that that was part of the basic delivery. Fortunately my chocolates arrived the afternoon before my fundraising event. That is cutting it way to close especially considering I'd been told I'd receive them about two weeks before the event.
