    Product & Design Quality - The pens look great, write well and seem to be good quality. I bought these as giveaways at recruiting events but also gave one to each volunteer with their appreciation gift. The logo turned out great and the text is easy to read.
    Customer Service & Shipping - The customer service in designing the logo and text was outstanding! After I placed the order I received an estimated delivery date which was perfect - in time for an event. The day before the delivery date I checked and it still said in production. I panicked and contacted customer service via email. The next day I received the package and an email from customer service. They apologized for the fact that I never received an email with a tracking number. Today - a week after I received the order- I received an email that the product has shipped and received a tracking number.
