    Product & Design Quality - These are surprisingly great mugs for the price! The heft and balance, big handle, all of it was a pleasant surprise. They are bottom heavy, as well, so very stable. I would love to buy them again.
    Customer Service & Shipping - Got here quickly and none broken! Yay! They came 36 to a box, so I could not life them! :) I am a whimp. Be prepared for heavy boxes.
