Product & Design Quality - So far so good! Our volunteers love them and although we haven't really had a chance to use them yet, they look great and exactly what we ordered.
Customer Service & Shipping - Everyone I worked with was professional and helpful when I had questions. And the email notices on where things were in production were helpful--although, we got the chairs two days *before* I got an email saying they had shipped.

Customer Service & Shipping - Customer service is great. The only issue we had was getting the shipping notification. I called and was told they were still in production 2 days before they were supposed to arrive when in reality, they were already shipped out.
