Product & Design Quality - Very satisfied with product - keeps liquids hot (haven't tried cold yet) and looks great (white print on teal tumbler - graphics are very crisp). Since it's new, I don't know how well the printing will hold up over time but interested to see. Customer Service & Shipping - Our original order was lost or delayed (due to tornado?) but never got a clear understanding whether it was a shipping mistake or just a delay. In any case, we got a replacement shipment AND the original shipment showed up. I was not expecting that many so it changed the plans a bit here. I would have liked to have been told about the additional shipment ahead of time. (That's my only complaint.) The rest of the process was excellent - great follow up after the initial request was made.
