Product & Design Quality - Same quality chairs as others provide. Customer Service & Shipping - I ordered 2 items: blue tooth speakers and folding chairs. The CS rep got the numbers mixed up and told me the speakers did not come in blue, so I cancelled those and still wanted blue chairs. She got my name wrong on her email response, and she ended up ordering the wrong product for the chairs so I received black ones that I did not approve.
