Product & Design Quality - Everyone LOVED these chairs that were distributed before our boat club vacation cruise. We used them throughout the week for outdoor concerts, pizza party, cocktail hours, etc. The printing was most impressive the black on orange chair with the contrasting black piping on the orange chair made for a bright contrast and the club flag and writing really stood out!
Customer Service & Shipping - Easy to work directly with consultant who made adjustments until we were completely satisfied with the print work. they gave several options so that the process was quick!

Product & Design Quality - Same quality chairs as others provide.
Customer Service & Shipping - I ordered 2 items: blue tooth speakers and folding chairs. The CS rep got the numbers mixed up and told me the speakers did not come in blue, so I cancelled those and still wanted blue chairs. She got my name wrong on her email response, and she ended up ordering the wrong product for the chairs so I received black ones that I did not approve.
