    Product & Design Quality - Great! We got a shipment of these same umbrellas a year ago, and they proved to be very good.
    Customer Service & Shipping - Customer service people are very helpful. I think maybe there's some miscommunication between departments. The order was delayed because of out-of-stock colors, so it was getting close to our sale date. The umbrellas arrived yesterday, and only today I received the email that they had been shipped! Pretty funny. All's well that ends well, but we couldn't help worrying there for a while. Anyway, thanks very much for dealing with my calls, and for the beautiful logo designed last year.
