    Product & Design Quality - Product is very nice.
    Customer Service & Shipping - I would say this is a 0/5. When order was placed two persons in our company were guaranteed delivery by Friday May 3rd for our event on Saturday May 4th. The product was shipped a day late, causing our order to arrive after the needed date. I made attempts to inquire about the issue. Spoke with a account representative that was going to try and get a hold of FedEx to change shipping when it arrived at one of the hub destinations. Never heard back, and did not have a second call returned when placed the next day. If we had not been guaranteed delivery when ordered, we would have paid extra for shipping to get the product when we needed it. Now we get to assume costs of mailing product to our participants.
