Product & Design Quality - The towels were awesome! I needed them for a tennis tournament and they were perfect because it was an outdoor tennis tournament and it was in the 90s. All of the players commented on how nice they were and how they stayed nice and cool for them after they put water on them. I would definitely order them again. Customer Service & Shipping - I originally ordered items from a different website but they were out of stock. By the time I was notified it was out of stock it was just a few days before I needed the items. I ordered my items from ProImprint and when I talked to the customer service agent, they said they would make sure the items would get to me by the time I needed them.
