Product & Design Quality - Pens are as described. A few were apart and needed to be put together, but that wasn't a big deal. Logo looked great.
Customer Service & Shipping - We had an issue where a few items were missing from the order. Jessica with Customer service sorted the issue out right away and made it right! I did not have any issues with shipping. I will be continuing to use Proimprint for my promotional needs.
