Product & Design Quality - Great quality and function. The printing on my order was clear and legible.
Customer Service & Shipping - I placed my order March 26, 2024 and was told I would receive my order April 10, 2024. April 10 passed and I had not received an email about shipping updates or the status or my order. I called and asked the status of my order and I was transferred around because each person I talked to didn't have the status of my order. I finally spoke to someone who knew that status of my order and they told me it would be shipped to me May 10, 2024. I asked why my order was a month late and was told it was because of a sourcing issue. I was told someone should have contacted me to let me know there was a sourcing issue but no one did. There was a line dropped in communication since I had no idea the status of my order for a month.
